Believing in our fundamental capacity to create, I have brought together my understanding of the mind and body from a therapeutic perspective and the act of creation from an intuitive visual art perspective to bring
My why: it's time.
Why work with me? I was born to create. But after a lifetime of "no, thank you"s and "not now" (and even some "hell no!"s), I realized that the time is NOW to reclaim what has been calling to me since I was very small.
I've trained as a professional healer in the mental health field and after years of working within a confined system, I felt ready to burst out and offer my own unique style of support + healing.
My creative work unites the spirit + the body by engaging in the somatic practice of art-making. It is in this space that aligned expression and healing can happen.
