about me

creative guide, intuitive spirit, loving presence, being of light + joy + hope

One of my most cherished early memories is of my little younger self in kindergarten with the beloved Mrs. Whiting. She introduced me to juicy paints and fat brushes and I was in LOVE! Standing in front of my little easel with a piece of newsprint clipped to it, I made magic.

Fast forward a few decades, I’m here as an intuitive visual artist who seeks to create opportunities for reconnection to our creative spark. I believe that it is in this space where our true essence and power -- for healing, for love, for joy -- can be revealed and reclaimed.

I have held many jobs and have collected wisdom from each of them. From working as a cleaner, to a salesperson, to a teacher, to a grief counselor and mental health therapist, I bring the beauty, love, and lessons experienced into my current endeavors. I have also had the privilege to study with many teachers (in addition to Mrs. W!) along the way.

As a cis-het white-bodied woman living in the United States, I’m currently exploring the boundaries of “work” and “play”, believing that the creative and imaginal process can bring forward deeper self-regulation and resiliency to our bodies and ultimately to our lives.
